Weigh in on whether Congress should raise the federal gasoline tax by 10 cents a gallon.
The way Congress makes changes that affect the working people and don't care what it does to them, I think that a raise in the gas tax should be ties to their wages and whatever percentage its raised their salaries should be decreased 50 percent of the increase . A 10 cent raise is more then a 100 percent increase in the tax so their wage would be decreased 50 percent. I think that's fair.
They can give themselves a raise without the people having any say. This way they can tell us just how much they believe the tax is needed.
